While Crossway Auto Center will deal with any car, I primarily drive SAAB's. My dad sold SAAB's for two dealerships and that is how I became a
SAAB owner. I have owned 13 SAAB's since 1971, purchasing my first from Crossway SAAB in 1989.
While I could choose Rutland or Burlington for service, I go the extra miles to have Crossway work on my SAAB's, and Crossway will go the extra
mile for me as well.
The reason is Crossway has a reputation for customer care and quality service. Crossway will never let me leave feeling like something was
wrong. They always will look at the "stated problem" and then will assess it and if there are any other possible issues, state what they are,
give an estimate of cost, and then will not proceed until you have given the go ahead.
Recently Ryan Pierson and T.J. Foster took over operations at Crossway Auto Center. They are young and energetic and continue the goals of
customer care and quality service. I have had my cars serviced several times since they took over the operation and the same goals continue.
I repeatedly refer people to them and will continue to do so.
Keep up the good work and thanks much for many years of excellent care. I hope to continue for many more.
